Colchester-- Wilma Martin

Wilma D. Martin 75, of Colchester, died Friday, July 7, 2000, at McDonough District Hospital.

She was born April 23, 1925 in Kansas City, Mo., to Fred and Ollie (Caumer) Parrack. She married Kerman L Martin March 19, 1950 in Macomb. He survives.

Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her four daughters; Cheryl Martin Colchester, Pam Martin of Macomb, Mrs. Linda(Mark) Booth of Galesburg; and Tina Martin of Colchester. Also surviving are two grandchildren: Mrs. Heather (Brian) Pierce of Peoria and Jeremy Booth of Galesburg.

Mrs. Martin worked as a Nurses' Aide at St. Francis Hospital in Macomb and then at McDonough District Hospital for 12 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Colchester.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m Monday at Jones Mortuary in Colchester. The Rev. Brad Booth officiating. Friends may call at the Funeral Home after 9:00 a.m. Sunday until the time of Services.

Mrs. Martin will be Buried in Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Colchester Rescue Squad or Colchester First Baptist Church.
